Monday, May 15, 2017. The house was all a mess. The dished piled in the sink. I sat and ate my breakfast slow. The children gathered all around. My lap, their favorite toy. The time, I knew, was flying by. So much that needed done. We had to get to church on time. Always this race to run. The preschooler had a missing shoe.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to work on creating my own business during the past three months. Well I tell you this working from home and starting a business is NOT for the faint of heart! My trusty old maternity dress, sitting in a plastic bag in the front hall, waiting patiently for me to remember to drop it off at the local Goodwill, was the inspiration that caught my eye while contemplating making a new dress for Stella to be worn in our family photos. As usual, I had an idea in my head how I wanted her dress to look. It had to coordinate with the other girls, but yet be different. And the gray knit was just what I was looking for, to downplay the fancy.
